What is the service charge?
• The driver's service charge ranges from FREE delivery to $6.99 per restaurant no matter how many meals are ordered depending on your city. NOTE: A 3-4% processing or fuel surcharge fee will be added to all orders. A 4% discount will be applied for payment by cash in some cities. Prices subject to change without notice.

  What type of payment do you accept?
• Payment by Cash, Check, or Credit Card (VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER)
  Personal checks are not accepted until your 6th order.
  Checks must be pre-printed with delivery address.
  Valid picture I.D. is required on all check and credit card purchases.
  Returned checks are subject to a fine of $25.00 or more.
  ** No checks or cash will be accepted in San Diego, CA.

  Is gratuity included in the service charge?
• Suggested driver gratuity is 10% to 15% in some cities. All orders over $40.00 will include a minimum of 10% gratuity for the driver. Other areas will include 15%-18% gratuity for all orders. For exact charges, ask your Food To You order taker.

Do you provide plates and/or utensils?
• Plates and utensil packets are available for 25 cents each.

Are there any restrictions on delivery?
• For public safety reasons we do not guarantee delivery times. Limited delivery areas. Some items may not be available at all times.
