What is the delivery charge?
$3.99 per restaurant no matter how many meals are ordered for orders placed online.
$5.99 per restaurant no matter how many meals are ordered for orders placed by phone.

What is the Minimum order?
$20.00 food minimum is required for delivery.  Food minimum requirements WILL increase the farther you are from a restaurant.  Please click the "View Menus" tab for the exact minimum order requirement for your zip code.

How do I place an order?
You can place an Order Online or call 1.(800).951.FOOD (3663) or fax your order to 1.(800).951.0880.

How long does it take for delivery?
About an hour depending on traffic, weather, etc.

What payments do you accept?
We accept BUSINESS CHECKS, CORPORATE BILLING ACCOUNTS and CREDIT CARDS ONLY! Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit Card and picture I.D. must be present upon delivery

What is the fuel surcharge?
Due to high gas prices, your order will include a 4% fuel surcharge.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes.  There is a minimum food order requirement and normal delivery fee for each restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside of my delivery zone?
Yes.  Our delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always be fresh and ready to eat.  However, larger orders that are placed in advance may be ordered from restaurants outside your delivery area.  Ask your FTY order taker for details.

Will you confirm my online order by phone?
No.  Only first time customers and hotel orders must be confirmed by a Food To You order taker before delivery processed!

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
Yes.  A 15% gratuity is added to your order for your mobile waiter.

Do you coordinate delivery of lunch on the weekends and breakfast orders during the week?
Yes.  However we require one day advance notice and a $100.00 food minimum.
